Ryan Land is a Bay Area–based designer specializing in commercial real estate marketing, with over 17 years of experience across the industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and life science sectors.

He currently serves as a Senior Designer at Colliers, a global leader in real estate services, where he supports more than 30 brokers throughout the East Bay region.

In his role, Ryan combines deep industry knowledge with design expertise to create targeted marketing strategies that directly support business development efforts. His work helps brokers win new assignments, strengthen client relationships, and position properties effectively in the market.
